REGISTRATION:-
The Prospectus and Registration Form is available in the School Office between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. daily.
Prospectus and Registration Fee – Rs. 1000/-( Non-refundable)
Registration does not imply admission.
The Principal reserves the right to refuse admission to a child.
Registration Fee is non-refundable.

Recent Passport size photographs of child – 4

5th – 10+ yrs.
6th – 11+ yrs.
7th – 12+ yrs.
8th – 13+ yrs.
9th – 14+ yrs.
10th – 15+ yrs.
( Age will be calculated from 1st April )
The mandatory registration fee of Rs.1000/- can be paid through any of the following modes :-
By Online, Cheque, Debit/Credit Card,Cash at Admission Office, SPS International School, Begowal
PROCEDURE FOR ADMISSION
Registration is the first step of the Admission Process.
Take your registration form from Admission office .Fill and submit it there along with all required documents.
Registered parents will be duly notified for interaction with the Principal. Date and timings for interaction will be intimated telephonically (Both parents and the child must be present at the time of the interaction)
Incomplete registration forms will not be processed.
Parents are advised not to fill more than one form for an applicant.
Submission of registration form does not guarantee admission, which will depend on the number of seats available.
On confirmation of grant of admission, parents will be required to deposit the fee within stipulated time( within a week) failing which the offer of admission shall stand cancelled and the seat will be offered to another applicant.
The school authorities have all rights to amend the provisional admission criteria if the need for doing so, arises.
WITHDRAWAL POLICY
If a child has to be withdrawn from the school, at least one calendar month notice in writing is required. In case of failure to do so, one month fee will be charged. If the child is withdrawn after the beginning of the academic session, one clear calendar month extra fees will be charged.
Security Charges (Refundable), if any, will be refunded at the time of withdrawal of the child from the school on production of the One time charges (Refundable) and Deposit Receipt (original) along with an application on the prescribed form, provided all school dues have been paid in full or settled satisfactorily.
( Please Note : Refund of One time charges (Refundable) will have to be claimed within a year of the date of withdrawal of the child from the school.)
Those who leave the school in the month of May must in all case pay the fees for the month of June.
Transfer Certificates are not issued until all the dues of the school are settled (Accounts, Class Teacher, Library & Sports I/C)
